We are the Settlers Ridge Homeowners Association (HOA) board of directors. We are residents of the community and as such, have a strong commitment to making Settlers Ridge a wonderful place to live!

There are 7 positions on the HOA board.

The current board positions are held by the following neighbors:

President – Michael Tutera

The president is the chief executive officer of the Association. The president calls and presides over all meetings of the Association and the board of directors.

Treasurer – Tony Pauly

The treasurer has the custody of and is responsible for keeping full and accurate accounts of all finances. The treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Association as approved by the board of directors.

Secretary – Paul Leavy

The HOA secretary maintains the association’s meeting minutes and official records, reviewing and updating documents as required and ensuring they are stored safely and accessible to association members. He or she is responsible for providing proper notice of meetings, as well as distributing documents, such as official records, agendas and meeting minutes, on a timely basis to association members and/or their authorized representatives. In addition, as the custodian of the association’s official records and documents, the secretary ensures the association meets all legal documentation requirements, such as annual filing deadlines.

Owned by the above Facebook user “Settlers Ridge” we also have a “Closed Group” for anyone who prefers privately sharing community posts or having neighborly conversations.

Be sure to friend us on Facebook.  SR HOA board will occasionally post out communications to help keep residents informed of special events and anything new happening in the neighborhood.  This is a great way to stay informed.
